Special attention was paid to projection technology, as the spatial conditions did not allow for classic front or rear projection. The projector was therefore embedded in the stage floor and a special lens with a deflecting mirror from Panasonic was used. Using this lens, it was possible to position the projector in the stage floor so that it was not visible to the audience and the desired screen section of 3.00m x 1.70m could be perfectly played on. In addition, Braehler Convention Berlin worked with the customer to develop a simple lamination solution for the stage section so that the stage floor could not be seen by the first rows. A big thanks goes to CAD draughtswoman Ricarda Garke, who visually represented every planning step to the customer. This made it possible to present an optimum representation of the above-mentioned special arrangement in advance.
With this individually tailored overall solution, Braehler Convention Berlin was able to ensure confidence in the technical equipment used for the event and contribute to a successful conference.
